About Us

Humans have such a great capacity for resilience! I am inspired by my clients’ ability to discover strengths they didn’t realize they had. It’s a privilege for me to be part of their journey as they utilize that strength toward achieving their goals. During my experience, I have supported individuals, groups and families of various ages and diverse backgrounds as they journeyed through challenges to accomplish their goals of healing, letting go and moving on, or growing and thriving. 

I have extensive experience working with clients in the community, residential treatment facilities, and private practice, and have assisted them in coping with the challenges of daily life while equipping them to develop their strengths and abilities. I enjoy developing therapeutic relationships with clients as they strive toward personal, emotional, relational, and functional goals. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Play Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

C-Beyond Today was opened to continue fulfilling my passion of connecting with and helping others. As a wife, mother and working professional, the importance of emotional health is a priority for me. As your counselor, I will provide a safe and nonjudgmental environment to support you with exceptional care, and will be there for you every step of your journey.
